Manchester United fans have baked a fantastic looking cake to celebrate the sack of their coach David Moyes. David Moyes was sacked yesterday after only 11 months out of a 6 year contract, because of how badly the football club has performed with him in charge.
Manchester United management and fans have never been the most patient and Moyes paid the penalty. Sir Alex Ferguson had been in charge for 26 years before his retirement at the end of last season, and has specifically hand picked David Moyes as his replacement, however all the hype about Moyes never materialised and in his 11 months in charge, Manchester United became very ordinary, losing games to teams that would never have beaten them under Sir Alex.
The team is currently in seventh place and for the first time in 20 years would not be playing in the Champions League next year.
