Nun wows Judges on the Italian Version of The Voice.

A music loving nun dressed in full religious regalia has wowed judges and the audience on the Italian version of The Voice with her rendition of Alicia Keys’ No One.

Sister Cristina Scuccia, 25, who hails from Sicily, managed to get all four chairs to turn around during her blind audition.

She was joined by three other nuns on the run from the convent, and they were so delighted by her singing they jumped up and down with glee.

Explaining her decision to come on the show, the Ursuline Sister of the Holy Family member told the panel: 'I have a gift and I'm giving it to you.

However she may have been warned by her Mother Superior afterwards, as she seemed to have fallen into the trap of being proud when she said: 'I hope that Pope Francis will call me now.'

Sister Cristina may need freedom to Rome for some time, as the panel, which includes singers Raffaella Carra, Noemi, and Piero Pelu, were falling over themselves to sign her up for their teams.

Italian rapper J-Ax told her: 'If I had found you at Mass I would always be in church. You and me are like the devil and holy water.'

And his esoteric pitch seemed to pay off, for she ultimately decided to be in his team.

She is a very lively woman jumping up and down. I'm sure she will keep the convent very lively.
