Malaysian plane confirmed to have crashed into the Indian Ocean.

This is the news that the world have been dreading, at last it has been confirmed by the Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak that the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 is understood to have crashed into the Southern Indian Ocean.

Satellite data has confirmed that Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 crashed into the southern Indian Ocean.

The Prime Minister has held a news conference confirming that all those on the flight have been lost.

He said the satellite data showed the plane was last recorded in the middle of the Indian Ocean, west of Perth.

"This is a remote location, far from any possible landing sites," Mr Razak said.

"It is therefore with deep sadness and regret that I must inform you that, according to this new data, flight MH370 ended in the southern Indian Ocean."

Relatives of passengers and crew are understandably agitated at this news which has silenced the faintest glimmer of hope they had of finding their relatives alive.

We pray for the souls of the departed to rest in peace, and for the grace and fortitude to bear this loss by the family and friends of the victims.
