Boko Haram kidnap two Emirs.

Boko Haram has kidnapped two first class traditional rulers , the Emir of Gwoza, Idrisa Timta and the Emir of Uba, Ismaila Mamza in Borno state .

The Emirs were kidnapped around 10 .00 am this morning near Shaffa while they were travelling to Gombe to attend the funeral of the Emir of Gombe, Shehu Abubakar, who died on Tuesday evening at the Royal Marsden Hospital, London,

The Borno state government is yet to issue an official statement on the abduction.

UPDATE: Unconfirmed report and sources has said that the Emir of Gwoza died during the attack while the Emir of  Uba narrowly escaped death, even as report indicated that many entourages of the emirs' are still missing when the gunmen opened fire on their convey at about 8am.

It was gathered that the emirs were travelling in the same vehicle when the terrorists struck.
