That former Minister of Information and Communications, Prof. Dora Akunyili, is looking like a ghost of herself is no understatement. She has however denied reports that she is critically ill of an unknown life-threatening ailment, which has kept her bedridden abroad.

In a post she made on her Facebook page on Tuesday, Akunyili, who was nominated to represent Anambra State at the ongoing National Conference in Abuja, said she had since recovered from her illness and had been declared fit for the conference by her doctors.
She, however, did not disclose what kind of illness that befell her, but she admitted that it made her “shed much weight,” but she needed to “regrow.”
**Whatever, we pray for her quick recovery as the change is really shocking.
