Former Destiny's Child member, Kelly Rowland was spotted on a stroll with her manager and fiancé, Tim Witherspoon as the walked through a brezzy afternoon. Kelly wore a rolled up ripped jeans, blue jacket and a silver stiletto.
The couple have been keeping a low profile since Kelly confirmed their engagement on the X-Factor in December 2013 by saying 'He put a ring on it.' The pair had kept their romance secret for many years. Kelly confirmed he proposed to her on Skype while they were separated by millions of miles. She said 'It was easy to say Yes, I have my best friend to ride through the journey of life with.'
