Vice President Biden's son kicked out of Navy for testing positive to cocaine.

The Vice President of the United States Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden has been dismissed from the Navy for tasting positive to cocaine.

This happened in February but was kept out of the press due to the Privacy Act. The 44-year-old tested positive for cocaine in a 2013 drug test.

According to a U.S. official, Hunter's dismissal from the Naval Reserves wasn't made public "because he was treated like any other sailor who fails a drug test and is thrown out of the Navy." He noted cases of this nature are not reported routinely due to the Privacy Act.

Hunter is the second son of Vice President Biden.
