Alicia Keys rocked her baby bump at the 9th annual Keep A Child Alive Black Ball in New York City on Thursday.

She attended with husband Swizz Beatz, and was thrilled to run into legendary singer Aretha Franklin.

The couple have a four year old son Egypt and the second is due anytime this winter.
