Joan Rivers' daughter to sue clinic over her death.

The daughter of Joan Rivers, Melissa Rivers has decided to sue Yorksville Endoscopy clinic over the death of her mother.

According to TMZ, Melissa tried to find out the details of the problems identified by the New York Dept. of Health and Human Services and if these problems caused her mother's death, but the staff were not co-operative with her.

She has therefore made the decision to sue after her lawyers told her the only way to know precisely what happened is to file a lawsuit, which will entitle her to force the doctors and facility staff to provide sworn depositions and answer questions about what happened the day her mother died.
