Classic Manchester United spelling errors.

On 26 August 2014, Argentina striker Angel Di María, signed a five-year deal with Manchester United for a transfer fee of £59.7 million, making him the fifth most expensive transfer of all time and the highest fee ever paid by a British club.

However you would think that would make the club to (at least) spell his name correctly! ...Haha.

On 1 September 2014, the club agreed to sign Colombian striker Radamel  Falcao on loan for £6 million subject to a medical examination, and with an option to sign permanently for £43.5 million at the end.

In typical fashion, the Manchester United official store printed and sold replica shirts with the player's name wrongly spelt.

United's Anderson even famously played a game wearing a shirt with his name wrongly spelt!

A grandmother wanted to send her son a birthday gift and ordered a Rooney shirt from the store. She wanted them to write 'Roony 10' on the shirt and they actually did that! Even though they should have known the woman meant 'Rooney 10'.

When contacted about the error, they blamed the woman for her own spelling. However they later had a change of heart and sent her a replacement - with the correct spelling for Rooney - free of charge.

Haha...really epic!
