An American woman, Ashley Tull, 30, has been arrested after her 4-year-old daughter took hundreds of packets of heroin to daycare, and handed the packets out to other children thinking they were candy.
She was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and child endangerment. Tull’s daughter took the wrong backpack containing 250 packets of heroin to the Hickory Tree Child Care Center on Monday,Yahoo News reports.
Several children who received the unopened packets were taken to area hospitals for observation, and were later released.
Delaware State Police said the woman has posted a $6,000 bail bond and was released from jail on Tuesday, but she is barred from having any contact with the 4-year-old and her other two children, aged 9 and 11. The three children are now in protective custody.

Imagine if all the kids had decided to open the 'candy'. It would have been mass manslaughter.
