Nigeria listed among the world's 'extreme poor' nations.

The World Bank has listed Nigeria as one of the extreme poor nations in the world alongside India and Bangladesh.

Jim Yong Kim, the President of the World Bank made the announcement on Wednesday in Washington, USA. He said “The fact is that two-thirds of the world’s extreme poor are concentrated in just five countries: India, China, Nigeria, Bangladesh and the Democratic Republic of Congo. If you add another five countries, Indonesia, Pakistan, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Kenya, the total grows to 80 per cent of the extreme poor.”

**This statistics is extremely shocking, a country blessed with so much natural resource. While some are busy looting the treasury and buying private jets and bullet proof cars, others are living below the survival line. When will justice come for the masses?
