Stars launch #CrushEbolaNow campaign.

Ebola has been ravaging West Africa for a while and now it has reached the doorsteps of the US. A video has been premiered on CNN addressing the Ebola outbreak.

The video shows stars including actress Whoopi Goldberg, actor Idris Elba, former UK prime minister Tony Blair, supermodel Naomi Campbell, singer Alicia Keys, basketball star Dikembe Mutombo, actor Jeffrey Wright and several others.

The campaign comes with the hashtag #CrushEbolaNow.

The video also features a number of West Africans who have had a firsthand encounter with the virus such as Liberian 2011 Nobel Peace Prize winner Leymah Gbowee and some Ebola survivors.
