Who is behind this masquerade?

Lady Gaga stepped out looking like a masquerade in a head to toe flurry white piece including a face mask, and despite the faceless ensemble, Gaga waved to fans and blew them a kiss. That Lady Gaga is not of this planet is no more in doubt, otherwise how can you explain this garb?
